Sunnyside Burger with Chipotle Aioli

Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 Eggs
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Chipotle Aioli Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. While the burgers are grilling, prepare the chipotle aioli by mixing mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl.
5. In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until lightly browned.
7. Assemble the burgers by spreading chipotle aioli on the bottom bun, adding a burger patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, a sunny-side-up egg, and the top bun.
