Tangy Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches

Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Turkey breast deli sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices Bread your choice
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Butter for grilling
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Spread Dijon mustard on the other side of each slice of bread.
3. Place turkey and Swiss cheese between two slices of bread, with the mayonnaise side facing out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
5. Grill sandwiches in the skillet until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
