Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add pinto beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
