Texas Twinkies Recipe
Spicy, cheesy, and smoky jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon.

Main Ingredients
- 12 whole Jalapeños large
- 1 cup Brisket shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded brisket and cream cheese.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the brisket and cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon.
Secure bacon with toothpicks if necessary.
Grill the jalapeños for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy.
Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Remove from grill and let cool slightly before serving.
