  • 12 whole Jalapeños large
  • 1 cup Brisket shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 12 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded brisket and cream cheese.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the brisket and cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon.
  6. Secure bacon with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Grill the jalapeños for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy.
  8. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  9. Remove from grill and let cool slightly before serving.
