Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the beef slices on high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and mint leaves.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
