Thai Chicken Larb Recipe
A flavorful Thai dish made with ground chicken, fresh herbs, and a tangy lime dressing.

- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 head Lettuce, for serving
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, red onion, mint, cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well.
Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
