  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 head Lettuce, for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, red onion, mint, cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  3. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
