Toasted Caprese Sandwich Recipe
A simple and delicious toasted sandwich with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
- 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella Sliced
- 1 large Tomato Sliced
- 8 leaves Fresh Basil
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Preheat the panini press.
2. Brush the bread slices with olive oil.
3. Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil on two slices of bread. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices.
5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
