Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 1 Jalapeño stemmed and seeded
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove peeled
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the tomatillos and jalapeño in a saucepan for about 10 minutes until soft.
  2. 2. Drain and transfer to a blender.
  3. 3. Add cilantro, garlic, onion, salt, and lime juice to the blender.
  4. 4. Blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
