Tomatillo Salsa Verde Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 1 Jalapeño stemmed and seeded
- ½ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Garlic clove peeled
- ¼ cup Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
1. Boil the tomatillos and jalapeño in a saucepan for about 10 minutes until soft.
2. Drain and transfer to a blender.
3. Add cilantro, garlic, onion, salt, and lime juice to the blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
