- 2 lbs Tri-Tip Roast
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Rub the tri-tip roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Place the roast in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
