  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salsa. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble burritos by placing turkey mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, and sour cream onto each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
