Turmeric Milk Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey optional
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder and whisk well.
3. Add a pinch of black pepper and continue to whisk.
4. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
5. Pour into a mug and add honey if desired. Serve warm.
