Turnip Green Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Turnip Greens washed and chopped
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a splash of oil.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chopped turnip greens and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
