Watermelon Lime Agua Fresca

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar optional
- 1 pinch Salt optional
1. Combine watermelon, water, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp.
4. Add a pinch of salt if desired and stir well.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
