  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and golden brown.
  7. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
