  • 12 Jalapeno peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
  5. Dip each filled jalapeno into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
