Salad Ingredients
- 4 Pears, cored and sliced
- 100 g Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 100 g Mixed salad greens
- 50 g Walnuts, toasted
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, sliced pears, crumbled Roquefort cheese, and toasted walnuts.
